Nautical NDSM, Amsterdam North
A completely new residential area is being built on the former NDSM site near the ferry stop F4, which goes directly to Amsterdam Central Station.
The sturdy building blocks offer a panoramic view of the IJ and the old city. Our client was looking for a pied a terre in Amsterdam where he could store his boat. The marina is located at the foot of this building.
